Learning how to love yourself is an ongoing process. It takes time, and it can be challenging. Self care is an extremely important step in self love. Sometimes you need to take time for yourself, and that's okay! It's okay not to go to a party if you don't feel like it. It's okay to say no to going out to movies, when you really want to read a book at home. Being by yourself is not bad! It is healthy step in understanding who you are, and loving yourself. 
Here are some examples on how to practice self care!

-Re-Read your favorite book!

-Take a bubble bath (with extra bubbles!)

-Do a face mask!

-Go a day without social media!

-Get enough sleep! (7-8 hours)

-Engage in thoughtful conversation

-Practice saying no

-Spend some time with yourself

-Start a skin care routine 

-Eat more fruits + veggies!
