1. Positive Vibes Only

2. Set Small Goals & Crush Them

It's great to have lofty goals but sometimes big goals can seem unattainable and cause you to get discouraged to the point of not working towards them at all. Instead, set small goals that will lead you to accomplishing those lofty goals and celebrate when you accomplish each one!

3. Surround Yourself With the Right People

Take a moment to think about your group of friends and ask yourself - who is there for you when you need them the most, even when it isn't convenient for them? Who shares similar goals and values? Who is there to pick you up when you're down and genuinely happy for you when something great happens? Whoever that may be - if it's just one friend or all of your friends - surround yourself with those people and you'll feel like you have a team of people helping you reach your goals.

4. Be Real

Look inward often and figure out what you love, what you value, and who you want to be. Then, make sure the things you say and do align with that. If you do that, if you find out who you are and stay true to that, there is no one who can stop you.

5. Dress the Part

When you dress in something that you love, you start off with a feeling of confidence.
